All at once, which overwhelms the HC system, impacting treatment for everyone, not just virus patients. If the idea is to create some herd immunity, great, but not in a way that renders our HC system useless. For everyone.

I suspect it is too late for NYC (and the burbs). The onslaught may be baked in. Looks like other places like New Orleans too. It’s amazing how everyplace worldwide seems to follow the same pattern, deny, deny, deny, it won’t happen here, followed by oh shit, it’s too late.
